At this time, we do not sell fabric by the yard.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be charged a flat shipping rate of $9.99 to addresses within the province of Ontario, and $14.99 throughout the rest of Canada. Please allow 3-8 business days for shipping. All Domestic orders over $100 CDN, are eligible for Free Shipping. 

For International orders, please visit pehrdesigns.com to place your order. Standard International shipping rates start at $24.99 USD and will be applied to all orders under $100 USD. 

Please note: Pehr is not responsible for any lost or undelivered packages.  All lost or undelivered package inquiries must be submitting to FedEx for resolution.  For secure delivery, please choose Signature required shipments.

If you have received an incorrectly shipped or damaged product please contact us.

Returns for Online Customers

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 30 days from the purchase date in original, unused condition for a full refund (shipping charges excluded). Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE. 

In order to begin the return process you must send an email to customercare@pehrdesigns.com stating the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Returned:
  • Reason for Return:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US or Canadian warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Once the warehouse has confirmed receipt of the returned item and has verified that the item is in its original, unused condition, your credit card will be issued a refund. You will receive a confirmation email notifying you of the refund. Please be advised it may take a few weeks for a refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Exchange for Online Customers

You can exchange an item as long as it is in original, unused condition. Please note that all sale items are FINAL SALE, no exchanges or returns. Please send an email to customercare@pehrdesigns.com with the following information:

  • Customer Name: (the person who purchased the order)
  • Order Number:
  • Order Date:
  • Item being Exchanged:
  • Reason for Exchange:

Once this information is received, you will be sent a return authorization number and a return shipping address to either our US or Canadian warehouse. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

You will receive an email confirming your returned item has been received. Please provide the following information to process the exchange:

You can provide credit card information to process shipping costs and any possible price adjustments. Once the item ships, you will receive shipping and tracking information.
